Fat Biscuit

For Fat Biscuit Table & Taps, I developed the complete brand identity and guest experience for the flagship location in North Conway, New Hampshire, and then translated that brand experience to the second location in Lynnfield, Massachusetts. From the earliest concept phases, I worked to translate the brand’s Southern-inspired comfort and hospitality into every design detail, inside and out. My role spanned full creative direction and project management, including collaboration with interior designers and general contractors, sourcing and curating the décor and signage packages, and developing an in-restaurant retail merchandising area that extended the brand experience beyond the dining table, as well as designing all printed menus. Each location was thoughtfully tailored to its market while maintaining a consistent, authentic brand story that felt both inviting and distinctly “Fat Biscuit.
